Smart Prefetch Partner Program Terms of Use

Last Updated: April 2026. Please read these terms carefully before joining the program.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

Participation in the Smart Prefetch Partner Program requires explicit approval by the Smart Prefetch team. We review each application individually, assessing your website, social media channels, and alignment with our brand values.

Smart Prefetch reserves the right to reject any application or remove any existing partner at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

2. Commission Structure & Payouts

  • 20% Lifetime Recurring Commission: You earn a flat 20% commission on the monthly recurring revenue of all paid Scale Tier subscriptions for the lifetime of that account.
  • 30-Day Cookie Window: Our tracking cookies last for 30 days. We operate on a "first click wins" basis.
  • Qualified Sales: Commissions are generated only on actual cash collected. Credits are not issued for refunded, disputed, or fraudulent charges.
  • Payout Schedule: Payouts are calculated monthly and dispersed manually via PayPal or direct bank transfer once a minimum threshold of $50 is reached. Partners are responsible for any transaction fees incurred.

3. Fair Usage & Acceptable Promotion

We encourage ethical and value-driven promotion. Recommended methods include tutorials, detailed case studies, agency client onboarding, and honest tool reviews.

FTC Disclosure: Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship with Smart Prefetch in accordance with FTC guidelines (or local equivalents).

4. Prohibited Conduct & Bad Actors

Strictly Forbidden Practices:

  • Brand Bidding (PPC): Partners may NOT run paid search ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) bidding on trademarked terms including "Smart Prefetch," "SmartPrefetch," or any common misspellings.
  • Self-Referrals: Partners may not use their own affiliate link to purchase a Smart Prefetch subscription for their own domains to receive a discount.
  • Cookie Stuffing: Any use of invisible iframes, pop-ups, or automated scripts to drop tracking cookies without genuine user intent is strictly forbidden.
  • Spam & Unsolicited Outreach: Sending mass, unsolicited emails (spam) containing Smart Prefetch partner links is prohibited.

* Violating these rules results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.

5. Misleading Practices

Partners may not make false or guaranteed claims about specific Google Core Web Vitals scores or guarantee specific revenue lifts, as results vary significantly by website architecture and user behavior.

Partners may not impersonate Smart Prefetch or claim to be an official employee or official representative of the company.

6. Termination & Account Revocation

Smart Prefetch can terminate the agreement instantly if a partner violates the Terms of Use, engages in deceptive marketing, or takes any action that damages the brand's reputation.
